What is Kitten Critical ?
Kitten Critical is a program run by Rescues Rock to address the tsunami of underage, orphan kittens that arrive at Los Angeles City Shelters during Kitten Season each year. As long as Rescues Rock has the room, no kitten is turned away when the Kitten Critical program is called upon by an LA City Shelter.
